Outre Weave

Velvet Remi
Some time ago, I had no idea what some of my friends were talking about when they mentioned velvet remi weaves. I did not actually feel comfortable asking my friends my many questions about putting in velvet remi weaves, so I decided to do some research instead. The only thing that I actually knew about them was that they were sections of hair that are purchased and used to enhance a person’s natural hair. What I really wanted to understand was exactly how they are attached to a woman’s head and if there was something special about the hair that was used for this process. When I looked up velvet remi weaves on my desktop computer, I was fascinated by all of the information that I found. The thing that really amazed me was the long, tedious process involved in attaching velvet remi weaves to a woman’s head. I honestly could not imagine myself ever needing to sit still for up to eight hours while someone washed, dried, and braided my own natural hair, and then sewed or glued the velvet remi weaves on. Just the thought of someone sewing or gluing another person’s hair to my head sort of made me feel rather weird. The velvet remi weaves are made from hair that is collected in such a way that it retains the cuticle layer, which is the outermost layer of the hair strands. It is also important that the strands of hair are arranged in a way that keeps them lined up with all of the tips at one end. If the directions of the strands of hair get mixed up, they will tangle very easily and become totally unmanageable. Another problem with the directions of the strands of hair getting mixed up is that the overall hair style will not look as shiny and healthy.
I know many girls and women that absolutely love to wear remi weaves to enhance their natural hair, but I cannot wear them at this time in my life. It is true that washing your hair will loosen the braids and may lessen the amount of time the remi weaves stay in properly, but not washing your hair will cause problems, too. As a compromise, washing your hair just once a week will make a big difference in how your remi weaves look and move. When you wash your hair, be sure that you massage the braids gently and run the shampoo through the entire length of your remi weaves. You can dry and style your remi weaves according to the instructions you received when they were put in. At night, you should be sure that you protect your remi weaves from getting tangled by wrapping them in a scarf. This is a quick and simple task, but if you are unsure of the proper way to do it, you can ask your hair stylist that put in your remi weaves. There is one more thing that you need to do to take care of your remi weaves and that is to avoid chlorinated water such as swimming pools. The chlorinated water can damage the hair strands and cause them to become brittle and break off easily. That could be quite embarrassing. If you want to sun bathe near the pool, be sure that you are far enough away that you do not get accidentally splashed with the water. By following these guidelines, your remi weaves should last several weeks if they are glued on and several months if you have had them sewn in by a professional hair stylist.
I recently bought great remi weaves through an online wig store. I decided to go for the Brazilian Wave because I wanted to have a full head of long, beautiful hair for my tenth high school reunion. There really was nothing wrong with my own hair, but I wanted it to be longer for the reunion. I knew that I could not properly attach the remi weaves by myself, so I asked my best friend to do it for me. She said that she was honored that I trusted her, but she did not want the responsibility if something went wrong with my remi weaves. Instead, she suggested that I take my remi weaves to a hair stylist and have them professionally attached.
